Position: Curriculum Developer/Trainer
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Duties: The candidate will be part of a team developing
training materials and related application documentation
for a large custom developed application.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Position requirements include:
• Previous experience developing training materials
and delivering training for custom-developed business
applications. Training delivery should include instructor-lead
as well as train-the-trainer.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office software
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Experience with automated training software
aids (such as Photoshop, CapturePro. SnagIt, FrontPage,
SoundForge and Toolbook, etc.) a plus.
• Experience in the development of training materials
using multi-media approaches (CBT, Web-Based Training,
Learning Management Systems, etc.)
Position: Information Technology Management
ConsultantLocation: Washington, D.C.
Duties: Analyze user requirements and monitor IT systems
to develop functional system requirements; assist staff
and users to solve IT related problems and improve system
capabilities; provide IT management consulting services
to federal government agencies in strategic planning,
business process reengineering, knowledge and performance
management; coordinate implementation of programs and
systems to increase compatibility and improve workflow;
consult with management to develop business process
reengineering solutions, performance measures and targets
for E-Government projects; provide expertise in IT capital
planning, business case development, organizational
development, qualitative and quantitative analysis of
business requirements.
Education: MSCS/Int’l Commerce and Policy or related
studies
Position Requirements Include: Experience or demonstrated
ability in E-Government Act, President's Management
Agenda, Government Paperwork Elimination Act, Federal
Information Security Management Act, Government Performance
Result Act, IT Capital Planning Process, Federal Enterprise
Architecture, strategic planning, qualitative and quantitative
analysis, preparation of responses to OMB inquiries,
facilitation of IT management and investment decisions,
Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Act, Visio, eCPIC, MS Project,
Lotus Notes.
