In order to provide a complete turnkey solution for our clients, Veridyne, Inc. maintains a fully staffed Hardware/Network Support Department that is fully capable in the areas of hardware assembly, system upgrades, and troubleshooting and network configuration. This department works in close coordination with the Client Support Team (Help Desk Operations) that provides our clients with the training and handling of post implementation system problems.
Additionally, this team is responsible for the maintenance and support of LAN/WAN network systems that support thousands of users for both internal use and for Veridyne clients.
